Options for an interested newbie?

Hey all,

I'm not sure if anyone checks these forums at the moment, but I'm interested in ultimate.  I've never played before in my life, but my older sister is playing for CalTech and has encouraged me to get into it, so here I am.

However, I'm horrendously unfit at the moment and rather busy.  And I've never tried it before, so I may hate it.  What I really want to know is if there is a casual practice or try-it-out game I could drop into at some point without being laughed off the park for puffing every five metres. :D  I live in the Wilton/Northland area, and am studying in Kelburn at the moment, so anything near there is a bonus.
