NZU Mixed Ultimate Champs - looking for a TD!

NZU is looking for a Tournament Director for New Zealand Mixed Ultimate Championships.

This person will lead the organising of the event on behalf of New Zealand Ultimate and will work closely with the National Tournament Coordinator (NTC) and local volunteers to produce a great tournament.  Ideally looking for someone from the Wellington Ultimate community.

Key Tasks

• Work with NTC to produce a budget and tournament plan.
• Work with NTC to appoint a tournament organising committee.
• Advertise the tournament to attract as many teams as possible.
• Deal with team regisitrations and teams payments.
• Lead the tournament organising committee in the organisation of the event.
• Act as the main point of contact for any queries prior to and during the event.
• Submit a tournament report and financial report to the NZU Board within one month after the event.

Note: The draw and captain's meeting will be handled by the National Tournament Coordinator.
